Abstract
The 13th quarterly report presents an overview of ESSPIN’s activities over the last 3 months, which include; identifying new political players and the new policy priorities, establishing the extent to which the partner states will commit to school improvement and developing a strategy and work plans post Mid-term Review. The report also contains progress summaries of the ESSPIN programme in the focal state and emerging issues/risks to the effectiveness of the programme.
