Abstract
ESSPIN has been closely involved in the ground breaking work of Nigeria’s “Vision 20 2020†through the participation of a member of staff in the work of the National Technical Working Group on Education (NTWG). This report represents ESSPIN’s contribution to the NTWG report to the Vision 2020 committee.
